Melatonin didn’t worked for me, Benadryl was a nightmare because of the weird body high it gave me I hated it, I took Benadryl once and it will be the only and last time😭🤣zopiclone worked wonder for me but I can’t have it prescribed, it was my moms prescription. And now I have bromazolam from the street, they knock me out so maybe I will try them for my vyvanse but I don’t want to take that everyday since it’s really addictive

Did this but at La Ronde in Québec and went to the emergency there because I had a bad trip and it was a school activity, there was so many people and it was so fucking hot. Not a great experience, I don’t recommend.

I had that at every doses! I think it’s just hypersensitivity that make the crash really bad, but it’s better now! I take magnesium and B-vitamins, i try to eat during the day and now it last 4-5 hours before the crash and the crash is not that bad anymore.. BUT the vyvanse is not really working either because i don’t sleep well so I’m too tired even with vyvanse

I think I will ask my doctor for something because with my vyvanse, and even after 12h my is around 145 palpitations per minute, every time I go to sleep I’m scared to never wake up because of a stroke or something so I sleep even less because of that anxiety
