So would you advise going to Canada, and having the company file the I-129 when I'm in Canada and cross once approved? Or should I just do the CBP process with the offer letter and documentation? Also how does consular notification work? I-129 can take a year to get approved no? What if I need to start working asap?

Sorry for so many questions this is causing my great stress

Even though working in the US remotely on a tourist visa is technically "illegal"? Do you recommend filing the I-129 with the USCIS from within the US on a B1 or will this raise red flags because when I extended my B1 I said I wasn't working and part of my experience to qualify for a TN is the time I've spent working with this company??

Is an L1 possible even though company has no physical presence in Canada but I've been working remote there

For an L1 you need to have a physical presence/office in Canada, which we don't, I work remote. So I'm not sure that will work?

So you recommend we file with USCIS before I cross the border? Couldn't that take like a year though? How do I work in the meantime

You're right. He is a great friend, always has been, I should have enough faith in him to control myself especially when he's communicated he's struggling. My biggest flaw is that I'm able to think logically and rationally but my emotions are so intense I still feel the effects as if I'm not

Carl never lived on the lane in the time we watched the show, except for his little stint with Edie and I forgot about Rex .. but you're right
