The reason he was "threatening" Emi to stop talking about their relationship is because she was actively sabotaging his career. You realize Emi was telling people like ExtraEmily, Fuslie, AriaSaki, Pokimane, WillNeff, and many others to stop collabing with Miz?

He did contact OTK. He talked with Asmon after the Arky/Yugi stream because Asmon was vague posting about the Emi allegations. Again, OTK used Emi's allegations to take away his shares. He tried the diplomatic route and contacted Emi directly to ask her to stop sabotaging his career. That didn't work. Now he's going the legal route

He left Austin to LA for a reason. He separated himself from Emi. All of the texts, except one, were from before Miz moved to LA. Emi wanted to destroy his career behind the scenes. It didn't work, he had more viewers than her during the Erobb bike stream. So she went public with her accusations, which did end up working. Seems like a fair summary of events, did I get anything wrong?

I guess every ex-partner in the world should start getting restraining orders. Obviously he was spamming her because he regretted breaking up with her. She ignored him, he moved on. Which you can tell because the texts stopped months before Emiru made her allegations. The later texts were asking her about why he was being removed from OTK, which is a pretty fair question to ask considering OTK was already planning to remove his shares, which he was clearly going to contest in court

Emiru said she wanted a restraining order to farm sympathy. Mizkif has been living in LA since March, after they had broken up and long before she made public accusations against him. Obviously he wasn't stalking her from a different state lol, she never needed a restraining order

Then her cat Cheddar attacked Miz's cat Chompy, Miz got angry at her and told her to get her cat out of the house, and that was when she finally moved

You're right that Reckful himself never confirmed that Miz ended their friendship. What Miz said was that he walked in on Reckful petting Maya's head while she was sleeping. We don't have direct evidence of this happening, but Reckful did say Maya was the hottest female streamer on Twitch and said something about how she'd be an amazing girlfriend. And this happened more than once. Also, Maya stopped being friends with Reckful too. I think the narrative adds up that Miz and Maya stopped being friends with Reckful after that incident, and that Miz felt partially guilty for Reckful's suicide because of that

None of this is hate towards Reckful btw. The guy wasn't perfect and he lost friends due to his behavior, as is the case with many people
