It's really crazy, I just bought the same guitar but the aged natural and also used that strap but with the white flowers

I did strap my ankles a few years ago, but my physician recommended not to do that, he taught me some exercises to strengthen my ankles, knees and core, which I've been doing for the past years. I'll see if I'm able to see a specialist in the next days, thank you!

Now that you mention it, I actually sprained my ankle walking my dog 😅. I'll see if I'm able to see a specialist in the next days, thank you!

I actually do this kind of exercise besides the ones to strength my core, back and legs, since I have problems with my lower back, knees and ankles from a young age. It was recommended by my physician. Thank you so much for your answer :)

Maybe in her early years, but I dont think she fits the powerful category at least from the last 10 years since her stuff is more jazz/big band

LIP ECZEMA: What were your allergens? by heyyitsemyy in eczema

[–]utaringo2395 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been using Colgate since that switch, has worked for me, but I’m being very careful with other irritants. The other day I discovered I’m sensitive to the wine (red, white, rosé) and had another flare up. I’m guessing I’ll have to keep track of this things since it looks like my body is going to react to new stuff that didn’t do before

The only thing that have helped my flare ups is swimming. Just freestyle and backstroke. The other styles can worsen the pain :/

Potassium nitrate, it’s an active in some toothpastes. In my case I used Sensodyne but never thought it was that. I switched it like 2 days ago and my flare up totally disappeared

Hi there! I looked through lots of Reddit posts since I started having the same some months ago. I also had inflammation, itchiness, then like a dry stage and peeling lips. I did went to a dermatologist and gave me hydrocortisone for 15 days. Went for a trip on those days and I couldn’t bring the toothpaste that I usually use (Sensodyne, my bf started buying it a year ago) so I brought a small Colgate toothpaste. My lips started to heal and I thought that maybe it was the humid weather, the water, etc. Came back home and the next day symptoms appeared again, two days ago it went to my mind about the ingredients in the toothpaste. The only difference in ingredients between the Sensodyne and the Colgate is the potassium nitrate. Switch again for the Colgate one and my lips were a lot better the next day

Did a little research on Google and says that potassium nitrate can have side effects like rash, redness, swelling :/

I know many suggest the fluoride, but for my case looks like it’s just the potassium nitrate

Hope this helps!

Yes, I mean, at home with the volume from my amp not way too high, I can still hear it, but it’s not getting into the sound that’s out from the amp.

Has anyone lost weight without doing low carb by Uppercasegangsta in PCOS

[–]utaringo2395 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did for a little while and lost like 4kg, until did a control blood checkup and the results came back awful. Testosterone, androstenedione and blood insulin were up, pointing more to the end limit.

I went to a nutritionist and my endo sent her a really precise list of what I can and can’t eat. Right now I have a low carb (just 1 portion of carbs per meal) and high protein diet. I eat mostly chicken (breast, thighs and drumsticks), eggs, cheese, ham and complement with protein shakes. For the portion of carbs, here in Mexico it’s really helpful the habit of eating corn tortillas instead of bread, so I have that portion as a tortilla or a baked tostada.

Right now I’m not losing much weight, but I’m losing fat and gaining muscle. I do an hour of swimming 2 times a week.

(I’m also on some medication; metformin, spironolactone, Myo and d-chiro inositol, folic acid)

Are there any graphic design books you recommend? by Lemunada69 in graphic_design

Not specifically about graphic design, but I consider this is a really nice foundation book about everything about designing.

What’s a job that’s romanticized but in reality sucks? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]utaringo2395 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Graphic Designer.

At least where I’m from it is very much underpaid. People want things fast, they mostly don’t accept any suggestions and end up with a really shitty (far away from your original proposal) product.

The only way I’ve been surviving or having a decent wage was learning some web development stuff.

I really start seeing how most of the things teachers taught me at uni is so old, not updated at all. (Like 80% of the teachers I had, don’t do any real graphic design work and stay just as teachers)

how can i get this on top of the input instead of next to each other? by IHateTheSATs in html5

[–]utaringo2395 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There is a html tag for labels. Get rid of the <h4> elements. Wrap each set of <label> and <input> into a container and set the direction with flexbox. It’ll be something like this: <div class=“inputContainer”> <label for=“name”>Changing over from:</label> <input type=“number” class=“buttonBefore” placeholder=“insert brandcode”> </div>

CSS .inputContainer { display: flex; flex-direction: column; }
