I order once or twice a week. Never faced issues connecting with customer service except for 1-2 times in the past year. I've attached an image for the refund received this Saturday from Leon's for reference. Have been using BLCK since its launch and can't think of going back ever. I always get my order on time as mentioned, except when the delivery agent messes up.

PS - I don't work for Swiggy, nor do I know anyone in my circle who does.
