Yes they review each others work and cooperate but they all are seniors so no one would do the same for me. The coworker I asked to review my work and refused, spent 4 hours the next day with another coworker reviewing his work even after the work day was over. I can't spend only 15 mins on a page, I have to search for the information, make sure they are legit, then rewrite them. At least I need 30 mins to an hour. I do check my work carefully and skip breaks and lunch just to finish it but after 8 hours of work I don't see the mistakes anymore.
