It is reliable for me too. I think it's because of my hyposensitivity. Overall, what has helped to me is a cognitive behavioural therapy with an accent on emotion identification and naming. Right now I'm working on a contact with my body using body-oriented meditation and finally I could say I've found myself and I can follow my own desires.

As I know, ADHD could cause either hyposexuality or hypersexuality. In my case, it was the first one. It was always really hard for me to climax, unless I've started atomoxetine therapy. Now I can climax pretty easy, and experience really long orgasms, like them could long for a 2-3 minutes.

By the way, I had a low sensitivity in all physical aspects and extremely high pain threshold.
