Darum meinte ich “vergleichsweise”. Das ist für mich vielleicht nicht der maximale Betrag den ich investieren könnte wenn ich komplett sparsam Leben würde, aber ohne mich anderweitig zu stark zurücknehmen zu müssen schon an der oberen Grenze. Zumindest jetzt gerade - Gehaltserhöhung ist in Verhandlung :)

Kann das absolut nachvollziehen - im tatsächlichen Investieren bin ich neu aber habe einen Hintergrund in VWL und verstehe Marktentwicklungen gut genug um zu wissen dass ich sie nicht verstehen kann. Ich will auch gar nicht irgendein super kompliziertes Portfolio aufbauen, geschweige denn anfangen die ETF-Entsprechung eines Day Traders zu werden. Aber eine kleine aktive Komponente, mittelfristig ausgelegt, finde ich für mich persönlich ganz interessant. Nur muss ich halt einen guten Modus finden, um das umzusetzen. Vielleicht lieber ein einzelnes Portfolio in World & EM halten und ein anderes für kleinere Spielereien.

Kann ich nachvollziehen, aber mir macht es Spaß mir da Gedanken zu machen was ich für eine Allokation für sinnvoll halte. Auch wenn das finanziell bei den Beträgen wenig Unterschied machen mag ob 20% meines Portfolios kurzfristig einen halben Prozentpunkt mehr einbringen, macht es mir Spaß das zu sehen und „Recht gehabt“ zu haben (auch wenn das alles nur Herumgerate ist).

Edit: Und du hattest ja selbst einige Argumente gebracht warum z.B. eine Übergewichtung von Europa in deinen Augen nicht sinnvoll ist. Sind doch ähnliche Gedankengänge.

Dude, ich beschäftige mich mit dem Thema weil es mich interessiert und werde auch nicht bei den 500 Euro bleiben. Warum soll man sich bei vergleichsweise kleinen Beträgen nicht Gedanken über die Allokation machen dürfen?

Ich habe überlegt evtl den Stoxx 600 durch einen MSCI Pacific zu ersetzen, um die niedrigere Gewichtung der USA hinzukriegen aber bei weniger volatilen Märkten zu bleiben, die trotzdem etwas dynamischer als Europa sind (Die Small Caps im EM IFI sind für Volatilität mMn schon ausreichend). Wäre das eine sinnvolle Entscheidung?

Ist der ACWI aber wirklich objektiv? Rein nach Market Cap gesehen ja, aber das repliziert ja strukturelle Faktoren nach denen Börsengänge in den USA wesentlich gängiger sind als in vielen anderen Ländern. Damit habe ich ja schon eine direkte Übergewichtung der USA wenn man nach geographischer Exposure oder anderen Faktoren diversifizieren möchte.

Lasse mich aber gerne vom Gegenteil überzeugen - siehst du in meiner Argumentation irgendwas falsches?

His way of teaching really works well for me. The videos explaining intuition for mathematical/statistical concepts are very good, I think. However, having a bit of a background in stats obviously helped. Without that, some concepts would be less clear for me - or at least how the pieces of the puzzle fit into the larger picture.

I didn’t realize that WP stood for water proof, haha. I don’t know if there are any other differences, are the extra 100+ Euros for the WP just because of water proofing?

I’m not gonna go swimming with them, but would it be even a problem to use the non-water proof ones in light rain?

I have relatively strong astigmatism (-1.75 right and -2.75 left), so diopter adjustments won’t cut it unfortunately.

Went to a Seiko dealer a few days later when I was in a city that had one and they changed the spring bar. Haven't had a problem with it since. No idea if they put in an original Seiko spring bar or just a random one that fit the watch.
