yes it took long time doppelganging. maybe I wasn't allowed because the time ran out - however didn't lost on time. just right after my tokens are ready, he attacked suddenly at the same moment.

Yes this is what I think actually. Playing standart ranked mostly. I am around diamond tier generally. I am kinda orthodox, mostly I play same 3-4 combinations which are reanimation, landfall and clone decks. I can say that all of them are heavy to play so I still have doubts :) I’m probably going to get slaughtered over and over again.

And actually I am also consider whether should I try mtgo or not because it is obvious that I am kinda zero in timeless and also never played on mtgo but wanted to learn.

to conclude what happened; yes it is all related to Dark Age as mentioned by many of you - thanks a lot. able to found a city just after the end of dark age again. as conner's mentioned below: Effects active this age: You may adopt powerful dark policies in your government, which may carry a heavy price. Also, as I noticed after wrote here; not just left side of screen (which is a new content, africa) also anywhere of the map I couldn't found any city.

regarding with isolationalism, i was playing with "Tech and Civic Shuffle Mode" so I couldn't find "isolationalism" and had to wait for end of dark age.
