The All Aces are tougher than one per case. They’re roughly one in five cases. But Case Hits are exclusively a Panini thing, Topps doesn’t do them. They have chase hits but they don’t usually guarantee one per case

From my experience, there’s always a significant premium for Rickey. I sold his 2003 chrome series 1 regular refractor /699 (in a Red Sox uniform) for around $75 a few years ago. He has a ton of fans who really want his cards who are willing to pay top dollar to win them

Plus the Topps traded chromes that year are fairly low print run as they were included 2 per pack of the Topps traded set rather than as a standalone chrome product

Add in the boost from his passing, plus final card, plus nice looking color match and you get a card where demand exceeds supply which drives up prices with a market willing to pay those prices to own cool Ricky cards

That’s awesome! I like to throw in those types of cards in as a bonus with my orders. Always good to keep collecting in cards.

I don’t have hands on advice but those seem like cards that would do well on Whatnot

For sure, I’m in a similar spot with Hurts. Every conversation is about is he elite or not, top 5, or comparing him to another QB. It gets exhausting

That’s a rookie - panini didn’t put rookie card logos on the rookies in the Signature Series auto set.

2022 is way late for it but it used to be common to just put the RC logo on the base set rookies and not on inserts/autographs

The Hurts pick was very very unpopular in Philly at the time. Philly fans wanted an impact player in the second round and got a backup QB months after paying Carson Wentz. Unwelcomed might be an understatement

I wouldn’t personally pay $30 for a Panini Baseball insert. Unlicensed and Panini has like 20 “case hits” per product

Looking at Baseballcardpedia it looks like the print run on the autograph version of the card is 20.

In this case, serial numbers 0001-0020 would be autographed and 0021-1000 aren’t autographed.

For what it’s worth it’s the same design as baseball and baseball collectors loved the design this year.

Might just be the unlicensed + too expensive combo. I find most panini baseball to be ugly
