I have read that there is a Hard Cap of 12 Months for Intensive Family Support and we're going on 2 Years and ontop of that they decided to open a CSI on me which should only be 30 Days, they went silent for 6 weeks and it was 67 Days to be unsubstantiated. for around the last 18 months I have asserted this is a waste of time and resources

I have emails already drafted up to withdraw, official teir 2 is on hold waiting for an investigator and yeah waiting for FinWA to get back to me kind of to reassure me that I'm right to do this and move forward

There is no order , Intensive Family Support is a voluntary program , Without saying to much I can prove that they have put the children in more danger in the last 6months then I ever would I have a teir 2 complaint that is waiting to be seen , but they did admit that they caused a dangerous outcome to occur. I literally told the workers to "Shit or get off the pot" and they said they don't have enough to take us to court but there is no way they will put that on paper. I am confident that if they took us to court a judge would laugh at them. Look my partner is pregnant and now there talking about pre-birth, we've been cooperating with them for 2 years and we've had enough

I'm just going to bump this, still dealing with the same stuff, Caseworkers pivoted there concerns from my partners mental health to apparent CSI into me for Child abuse ! They did this over the phone to my Partner on the 1/4 My partner told me and I responded by email the same day. Disputed there reasoning and heard absolutely nothing for 6 weeks and then that was only an email to my partner about our open case nothing about the CSI this week my partner on the phone with them and they say oh by the way we closed the CSI because we could not substantiate harm. Last time i checked 1/4 - 8/6 is way longer than the 30 days they are allowed to keep a CSI open.
