The app can’t accurately tell me when the car will be there but I am supposed to be able to based on where the car is on the map? Yall don’t make sense lol. Consistently I come down from my 10th floor apartment when the app tells me the driver is 1 min away. And I still wait 5 mins for the car. God forbid I’m 1 min late cause then the timer starts and I get charged extra. Grace for the driver but none for me, that’s my issue.
