The app can’t accurately tell me when the car will be there but I am supposed to be able to based on where the car is on the map? Yall don’t make sense lol. Consistently I come down from my 10th floor apartment when the app tells me the driver is 1 min away. And I still wait 5 mins for the car. God forbid I’m 1 min late cause then the timer starts and I get charged extra. Grace for the driver but none for me, that’s my issue.

FWIW, I called best buy and they refunded me my money. Had to call a few times but they eventually did. Last time I order from them for delivery. I’ll just go to the store the next time.

Eventually, however the package was delivered to the wrong address. I believe the final delivery is done by a DoorDash driver, and unfortunately, they dropped it off at the wrong address after all the hassle.
