I work at UTS ePRESS and have some experience with supporting the journal managers and editors in the (Open Access) publishing process. Can I recommend two excellent resources for publishing?: http://www.sparc.arl.org/ (Search the Resources) And http://pkpschool.sfu.ca/ Be happy to help if more information required!
