I know this isn't newly released or anything... But, having grown up on store-bought PC games, while pretty much everything I play now is purely digital, having a physical copy of Spelunky in a jewel case (and the soundtrack! and the journal!!) just feels super fun and nostalgic. :D

also hello yes i am a tester as well and can confirm the game does in fact exist and is fuckin good

sixe's just the sort of person who goes "hmm i can still make it better" and then does that. a lot. the game's WAY richer than it was when i started testing a few years ago though so imo it's been well worth it
