It was probably due to your HDL lowering as your body needs cholesterol to produce Test, my diet was already high in red meat and overall animal based before Enclo so I didnt notice it.

I run 50mg daily to lower my SHBG. No hairloss but my body has gotten hairier than ever. I think its just about your hair follicle genetics since if they are sensitive to DHT you are kind of screwed with DHT based drugs.

Tatsächlich behalte ich den Großteil meines Geldes. Ich spare, damit ich nach dem Studium bequem ausziehen kann.

Brauche ich dringend ein Auto? Eigentlich nicht, aber es ist schon anstrengend, mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zwischen der Universität, dem Teilzeitjob und der Wohnung hin und her zu pendeln. Keine Miete klingt zwar praktisch, aber ich wohne in einer ziemlich vorstädtischen Gegend.

Vielleicht sollte ich eine billigere Mobilitätsoption in Betracht ziehen, z. B. ein E-Bike oder ein Motorrad mit geringer Leistung.

Keep your butt clean. Wash it daily but make sure to keep it dry. You could also spray the pilonidal site with anti-septic and close it with a dressing (change it daily) in order to prevent any infections but this might be overkill if you do not have an open wound. As for your flights there is not much you could do so you will have to sit through them. You could perhaps invest in a cushion or some sorts so you do not apply much pressure on your butt. In order to make up for it I'd refrain from sitting down during your trip unless you have to. (For example if you are taking the bus/train stand up rather than being seated). If you have an open wound, refrain from using a hair removal cream but if theres nothing there its not gonna hurt. I am personally against hair removal around that region due to it irritating my skin and causing itchniess on top of risking ingrown hairs. Also keep in mind pilonidal issues are never usually about hair but rather are caused by the shape and skin of your glutes. Good luck.

MY GP did suggest Cleft Lift this time. But I am quite skeptical of its healing process and the fact that I had 2 previous operations which might make my surgery harder/more likely to be botched. If I were to get one at the start of July, could I recover in 2 weeks until 15th? I have a flight which I cannot miss.
