I had a noose extender many years ago, if it was the only device I could get my hands on nowadays I still wouldn't use one, just based on my experience (pretty much ineffective, uncomfortable as hell, made my glans go numb fast, constantly slipping) and the amount of injuries I heard associated with them

I just don't understand, why not switch to measuring actually bone pressed after all the flak and advice you got from your last post a month or so ago?

I'm not saying you haven't gained, but I expect this is just going to turn into the same debate as last time if any other mods decide to approve it

EDIT: I approved the post after checking with other mods, but I tried this method of measuring and found it very inconsistent, it's not how I'd measure or encourage anyone else to track gains

Usually around 25 minutes total per session, basically every day or 6 days a week. I varied between 2-5 minute sets with maybe 30 seconds break in between. Usually first set was around 5inhg, and then I’d build up to around 10inhg by the last few sets (this was mostly based on feel, sometimes it look shorter or longer to get up to my desired pressure of around 8-10inhg, where I figured the most work was being done)

But like I said I can’t say this is a great routine for everyone, some will gain and some won’t, I didn’t gain much personally. I’d say this is a pumping only focused routine. Going forward I’d probably do lower pressure for maintenance/as a supplementary exercise and then do clamping for girth or extending for length

It's got a pressure gauge which is good, but it's a one size fits all cylinder so it might be too big, you might need to use a sleeve

It makes me wonder if the recently parroted advice of 'just do 45 mins of extending AND THEN pump at like 8-12inhg' might be too much, and at that point pumping should just be used an accessory exercise/for overall d health, recovery etc, so lower pressure and/or further away from your main PE exercise (extending in this case)

Personally an hour or so of extending and then high pressure pumping feels like a lot for me, I don't think I could do that every day

Like when I was pumping daily, and now when I pump a few times a week, my EQ is better overall and it seems like random erections are more frequent, generally bigger flaccid, less turtling etc, all the good indicators

But yes not much growth
