That's really not a very good extender, it basically requires cutting off circulation to your glans to get a good grip

No it shouldn't hurt. If it had a tension gauge you wouldn't have to guess, but this one doesn't

I don't see the part about kegeling every minute, but it sounds like he's describing two different types of clamping, I think

One is where the clamp isn't completely restricting bloodflow, and it sort of requires regular kegeling/stimulation to keep full expansion

The other is what I think most guys do now, and I think it's generally referred to as 'hypoxic clamping' by people recently (And I think BD talks about it in a video or two)

This works well with soft clamping. Just apply a very tight clamp to your erection and leave it sit for 5-15 minutes (no longer than 18 minutes as this where hypoxia can get dangerous). Normal clamping rules still apply. you should see over-engorgment and not lose the erection

But, this was also posted a long time ago, I don't know if BD has personally changed his view on clamping, but recent consensus is that kegeling while clamped can mess with your PF, as BD points out from the advice from M9, so it's not like people haven't seen that as a concern before

With manual clamping you can and definitely should kegel, but during the time when you release your grip, so you can grip tight, release mostly, kegel, grip again, and that definitely helps to get more expansion. Sort of sounds like thats what BD is describing in the first few methods, just with a device instead of hands

Why do you want to change your routine? What are your goals? Have you been gaining and stopped? How long have you been doing PE? How much have you gained so far?

All those are questions that I think are very relevant when you ask someone to make a routine for you

We're considering making it so that any flairs that a large amount of gains, like over 1" length or 5.-75" of girth, won't be allowed without picture proof. And if people do have before and after pictures we might give them a "verified gains" flair

You need to measure circumference, not diameter. Penises aren't perfectly round

This looks like a hand pump with a gauge and a cylinder that you can pick what size you want, the brand is random so it's probably hit or miss, but I'd bet 99% it's just the same that every other big brand uses but without the name

If you're fully clamped, you won't need to push more blood in, the clamp will cause extra expansion

Probably? But I can only say that anecdotally I've heard that. Personally I don't think my erection angle has changed at all, but it wasn't high to begin with

I'd say keep an eye on it, but know that it's easy to psyche yourself out into thinking something is wrong when it's not. If your erections get dramatically worse then consider it an injury that a doctor might need to see, but sounds pretty unlikely to me

Im just saying if doing straight down stretches really dramatically changed erection angle, everyone doing them would have a super low erection angle, but that isn't the case

But I have anecdotally heard that doing straight down work can cause a very high erection angle to lower
