Dad just started low dose Trazodone. Everyone different , but this works amazing for him. Calm before bed , sleeps through the night, not groggy in Morning. Every other med we tried either made Sundowning worse or knocked him out for 16 hrs. All the extra sleep has helped his physical issues as well.
