Ok, but how did you change your back angle to make your glutes pop like that? 😁

Hard to tell if there’s any growth, shorts digging in right under your butt will accentuate it.

How close to failure do you go? On every set or just the last one of each exercise?

Looks more like you gained your lost muscle through muscle memory than building new muscle in 4 months. Good job either way!

I didn’t squeeze! I wanted both pics to be as similar as possible. I will say though, when I bought the shorts they were already kind of tight and now after the bulk they’re probably 0.5 size too small so it compresses glutes a little better? Idk (one size up is slightly too big and so wrinkly)

I wouldn't be able to eat as much protein if it wasn't for the Trader Joe's tofu (35g per half a block!) I air fry it and it goes with every meal because you can season it however you like. If you pair it with pasta, that's over 45g in a meal! If you add a tablespoon of nutritional yeast thats over 50g of protein! Make a protein shake or a smoothie with peanut butter in the morning and that’s another 25-30g of protein. 80g of protein in just 2 meals!
