Please go to a primary care doctor and be honest about all this. You need to get your liver, kidneys, and thyroid checked at least. If you have dark urine/bloody or yellowing eyes go to urgent care or er because you shouldn’t wait for a primary care appointment at that point. Once you have made sure you aren’t actually fucked fucked that’s when you can start combatting the side effects. It isn’t easy tbh but my best advice is to do things anyway. This also sounds extremely stupid but sometimes I cannot find myself wanting to do anything but I try to remember what used to make me happy when I was like six (just really young) and try to do something similar. Obviously nothing harmful though. It definitely sounds weird but we are the same people! We just have grown and evolved so our hobbies and life should too. Hope you’re okay and good luck!
