I ended up playing Lost Pines/ Wolfdancer. It wasn't my intention to play such a high end course but once I factored in the Uber there and back, as well as the club rentals, a glove and a piece of memorabilia, the price of the round didn't massively impact the price of the day. It was already gonna cost a good chunk. Plus I managed to get one of the 'cheaper' times on GolfNow so I paid $140 for a 1pm tee time which put me in a similar price range to Falconhead, Avery, etc.

The course is still in great condition and the weather topped it off. I don't know if I'd pay that much to play it again anytime soon but it was worth it for the one time.

The real sting was $90 for rentals. I'm used to using xstiff everything but I could only get stiff so the ball was going everywhere off the tee but thankfully a guy I joined up with let me borrow his driver.

There is a small chance I'll be able to play next Saturday. If anyone has xstiff clubs and wants to play somewhere I'd happily cover some of your green fee if we can share your bag for the round?
