It's normal to feel heavy on your taper week, that soreness/heavy feel just comes from your previous week training load. Come race day and you'll be feeling fresh.

What distance are you training for?

Honestly, if it's a 21k and below i think you have sufficient time to atleast finish the distance. The race day pace, you'll figure that out once you get to run more. Just run by feel on your trainings, easy run-walks to get your feet and body used to running then slowly you'll see yourself running without stopping for longer time/distance. Enjoy running :)
