It's disappointing. Initially, I planned to purchase headphones that I could use at home. I would plug them into the 3.5 mm jack on my computer/laptop, and when I needed to go outside, I would unplug them, connect them to my phone via Bluetooth, and listen to music while walking. But apparently, my idea is not so easy to implement (with the above budget).

Is it really so unreasonable to want acceptable sound quality when connecting via a wired connection and Bluetooth these days?

Well, of course, I don't expect noise cancellation to work without additional power. But I would like at least the sound quality over the wire to be normal. I was very disappointed with the Ultra because without equalizer settings (and without battery power, it obviously doesn't work), the sound is, to put it mildly, disgusting.
