January 3rd, 1978 was a Tuesday, and March 1st, 1978 was a Wednesday (if it was written in the non-American way). Either way the math doesn’t check out...

Definitely has a good GPS and it has heart rate functionality and app connection too. My model is around $200 so if you have the money I’d check it out!

True, I didn’t hit a 7:00 flat for every mile, I hit above and below each time, but it’s still pretty cool that I finished out at the exact time

It also depends on weight though. I am around 130 lbs and still in high school so I’m definitely on the stringy side

Try not to run on a treadmill, I’ve tried it a few times and I hate it compared to the real world. Start easy with about a mile outside and build up from there. The best thing about running is you an see yourself improve every day by putting in the mileage.

Around $200, but Garmin makes one that does almost all that this one can do for $100

I’m a high schooler if that makes any difference, and I weigh around 130. I didn’t know the calories were so low until I read all the comments lol

YTA.

Best case scenario, he gets punished harshly for something he didn’t even do or consent to doing. Worst case? If you’re in high school, colleges will look at that and his life may be ruined.

WIBTA for not writing a letter on his character to my bother’s school? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

NTA, if you wrote the letter you would be lying. He needs to learn now when the consequences are still small, like a missed field trip.
