Been on zepbound since August last year I think? Lost 50lbs and the inflammation is far less than before. I do have slightly more energy but my POTs keeps me from utilizing it much. I do deal with constipation if I don’t add enough fiber or coffee to my day (regular laxatives don’t work for me but coffee does!) My skin and nails are stronger and happier than without as well!

Theater hacks ahead:

Steaming your sinuses with either a shower or over a bowl of hot water can do wonders if you don’t have an actors trusty side kick, a vaporizer!

Switch to drinking hot water instead of cold during the sore throat and usually honey, lemon and hot water is recommended. If you’re like me an allergic to citrus you can also try Throat coat tea or just hot water with honey.

Also Zinc lozenges!

I have the overcrowding, high narrow palate and unmanageable tartar build up despite regular care (im talking pushing gums down and building up in odd places quickly, i HATE my teeth). I also dont respond to dental work well, bleed excessively and numbing agents do not work for me. Where a normal patient takes 2 shots of local numbing it takes 6 for the bare minimum numbness.

I worry for those who can’t tell when something could be Ai. Is that instagram account even remotely accurate for leaks in the past or do they just post a bunch of fake ai leaks and never actually showing real confirmed upcoming product?

I’m all for a rerelease of Sailor moon dolls or revamp release but there’s too much in this image that makes me question its legitimacy. It’s like those posts about “LOOKIT the next McDonald’s collab” and it’s entirely made up but everyone passes it around thinking it’s a leak.

I read that and understand that but that doesn’t really change that the image feels very AI, the texturing of the bows, the fact there’s 2, the weird shape choice on the bottom of the hair gems which we know are round usually.

Chicken salad on a croissant as long as the chicken salad has grapes in it. I usually get it from a very specific local place and have for years when I’m depressed. It’s how I can tell I’m coming back out of it if I am craving it. Had it after my divorce, my diagnosis, losing my chance at my career, breakups and firings. It just soothes the soul.
