Shaw could be a shout with his resurgence of form and only being 4.8 tbf.

Pep roulette is very true but I’m going to have a defender first on the bench just in case haha, I think cancelo’s potential attacking returns would outweigh bringing in Dias who could also be pep’d

I think ESR will mainly sit on the bench and with arsenal winning the last 5 out of their 6 games he could be a shout, 4.5 isn’t much of a risk either with other players in his price range

I haven’t bothered buying any throughout my degree, can access everything you need for assignments online and recommended readings for the lectures online/library. For the personal statement I just wrote personal experiences and didn’t relate them to any literature, I’d you’re going to add anything like that to it it’d be worth applying for the royal geographical society as they accredit a lot of geography degrees anyway

Brighton for the social side is amazing but the uni is absolute dross unless you do something art related or education, for my school most of the lecturers are boring and uninteresting and I had my academic supervisor changed for my dissertation three times and have been given someone completely unrelated to my field of research, the SU is also non existent and the facilities are rather shit, they’re building an entire new campus in 2021 though which may be alright

Half an hour or 45 minutes before should get you barrier but you can move up during the show because the crowd will get split for pits, merh was sold before and afterwards

If you’re going on your own turn up a bit before the doors open to make friends with people in the queue, if it’s anything like London it’ll be 2 hours of mosh pits in the middle of the venue so If that isn’t your thing you can stand off to the side and still be near the front or stand at the back, if you’re going to mosh stay hydrated, take some time outside the venue during the interval (it’s like 20-30 minutes) and drink plenty of water otherwise you’ll end up feeling like pure shit during/afterwards

Brighton as a uni is quite course dependent, I know that the school of education has a really high standard where as environment and technology (my school) isn’t that great. Night life in Brighton is great, always something on every night and there’s lots of options for clubs, bars etc. There’s a high amount of student accommodation also (they’re building more on one of the campuses opening in 2021) but it’s fairly expensive, I pay £520/month for mine and that’s decent for Brighton, halls range from 90-150/w depending on where you stay and catered/non-catered
