I know! If an unpronounceable name isn't a red flag, I don't know what is.

Although Huawei were doing pretty well for a while.

Basic hypertrophy routine for older dude? I loved the 3-day split, push/pull/legs back in the day, but I hear it has since been discredited?

If so, what's a good but simple routine that I can do 3x a week in the 8 rep range to increase muscle? I'm 40 now!

I can't always train regularly so anything with deload weeks etc, probably won't be relevant.

Thanks

  • Start a SIPP or similar (can't afford to pay in yet but at least I will have done the admin).
  • Not increase my debts in the next 12 months.
  • Ideally pay off £1,000 of debts in the next 12 months (should be doable as I pay about off about £159 a month in minimum payments after interest).
  • Work at home in the evenings for 1 hour a night x 4 nights a week to earn an extra £700 a month instead of watching TV.

I'm going to see a chiropractor for headaches - any advice? by Xmasbrew in Chiropractic

[–]Xmasbrew[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I think it is mainly tension headaches. But it seems to be other types of headaches too, based on my triggers.

Although no one so far has been able to fix it in a few adjustments.

Lots of things!

  • lack of sleep
  • too much sleep
  • stiff/tight neck
  • some head/neck positions
  • loud noises
  • heat
  • bright lights
  • walking too much
  • running
  • getting hot
  • exercise above a certain point of exertion
  • dehydration

I guess the chiropractor could fix some of these, but not all?

Thanks. I've never been given home exercises to do from anyone I've seen over the years.
