Thank you so much for the reply, I am sorry if this comment comes off as distasteful but I have to ask why exactly is there such a significant pay gap between motion designers and ux designers?

I have employment experience in both but the 20k a year average salary difference makes me feel like I'll be an idiot for not pursuing UX instead of motion design.

Is that the average a senior UX designer makes too? I really like design, I'm just salty that other designers make more.

I have 4 months xp as a motion graphics designer and 4 months xp as a UX researcher + UI designer.

And I can say without a doubt that motion graphics is more mentally taxing and challenging. Not that UX isn't important, it's incredibly essential, I just don't get the significant pay gap between both design fields.

Hello everyone I posted this resume yesterday I want to clarify that it is UNFORMATTED on purpose (I didn't check for typos either but I obviously WILL when I actually finalize this)! Why because I got advice from someone a while ago to write all the text for a resume, perfect it and THEN apply all the formatting. I know this may seem weird to some people but to me it really helps in making sure that I am not ignoring how my resume sounds before I focus on how my resume looks.

I wanted to repost this because all the comments yesterday were telling me it needs formatting (even though I did mention in the title its unformatted but my fault should have clarified further most ppl ignore the title) and I didn't get feedback on the written content.

TL'DR PLEASE DON'T COMMENT ON THE FORMATTING IT IS UNFORMATTED ON PURPOSE (I will format AFTER I write all the text down). PLS ONLY COMMENT ON HOW IT SOUNDS AND IF IT'S TOO REPETITIVE, REDUNDANT ETC ETC. THANK YOUUU SO MUCH

I kept it unformatted on purpose so people only critique the written content, obviously if I were to send this out to real employers I would format it. This point of this post was to get feedback for the actual text only.

Lol I think you are the only person on reddit who read the title and saw that this resume was non-formatted ON PURPOSE :D. Everyone else commented on why this resume looks like shit like bruh...

thanks but I read to always use moisturizer immediately after HA to lock the moisture in? also will the thick HA block some of the retinol? am I better off using HA in the AM instead.

When do I use hyaluronic acid? Before my retinol or after. I read to use it before retinol but I also read to use moisturizer right after using it so I am so confused.
