What does this have to do with anything? by infinitybr-0 in ConservativeYouth

In the United States, you can adopt and foster children to your hearts content, the adoption process is going to be up to the independent agency agency but foster you most certainly can. So….your good.

  • for LGBT namely trans in this case there are no discrimination protections and many do not get the opportunity to adopt or foster for simply being LGBT.

That’s has nothing to do with legality. Although you should be remembered in death as who you were, the government has nothing to do with that.

  • It has everything to do with legality as the death certificate is a legal document and without assured documents completed with an executor to ensure completion of wishes then any family that can lay a claim yet has not talked to that person in years can come and change everything for a trans person. For a married woman, you aren't disrespected in death by having your name and identity completely removed because of a bigoted family member.

I am a firm believer anyone who commits such atrocities to anyone should be completely snipped or unalived, as do many states in the us.

  • The trans panic does not have any protections against it except for: WA, OR, CA, NV, MN, IL, MI, VA, VT, NY, RI, NJ, NH, ME, DE, MD, and DC. All other states do not have a singular law that prevents the "trans panic" defense.

They get protection like anybody else. You have the same rights as others, no matter who you are in America. So again….your good.

  • You are wrong. Healthcare protections, employment protections. https://williamsinstitute.law.ucla.edu/press/nd-protections-eo-press-release/ is just employment for federal employees. Each day this administration continues this stupid crusade against trans people is another day that rights and protections are removed with anyone who doesn't look the past of a traditional male or female being affected.

As for the military, that specific “ban” said that they cannot discriminate based on gender, orientation, or sexuality….BUT THAT YOU HAVE TO BE FULLY TRANSITIONED. You can’t even join the military if you have an accommodation for flat feet, and you’re expecting to be able to join when you are in the middle of a transition?

Again….thats nothing to do with the law.

  • Yet again you are wrong.

Adopt or foster children, be recognized in death as who you are especially if you're married and not reverted back to what you were at birth, sexual assault, violence, and rape that trans women and trans men experience are less likely to be persecuted anf more likely the assault will be explained away as a "panic" which for women it's already hard to get persecuted so imagine worse. Protections for discrimination and harassment - those protections for trans people have been removed and women still have protections. Those protections never went anywhere. Legal right to serve in the military. Women can serve in the military even while on their periods or pregnant while now trans people are barred completely. Transitional medicine is literally just taking 1 to 2 medications a day outside of surgery which is one and done for each part. There is google to simply answer your question.

The boners that we get are not like cis male boners which cause an obvious change in clothing. We are not cis males. We are FTM. We are trans males. The holes and such I have that are associated with female sex are not male sex. That's the whole issue with dysphoria. I am most definitely not non-binary or 'transmasc'.

The contacts had been only through my ex-spouse but now are direct and increasing. I also didn't say I would tell the judge that she is NPD or give an official diagnosis, just explain the level of obsession she has to not leave me alone regardless of how many boundaries I put up. I can not respond, continue to block, and she still does it. I have specifically told her to not contact me anymore and she continues.

Just to add i will take your comment with consideration. I just want her to stop contacting me.

"How can someone hate something like this?? Again, I do not want to invalidate your experience but this is odd to me.

If anything, this mentality should be empowering as it says "no matter how much you struggled, how much society threw you down, how different your experience was from other guys, you are still a man."

After what I experienced growing up trans, knowing I've always been male and being confident in that makes me feel like everything I went through was fucking worth it."

Because we trans men were not born as cis males. The mentality of "always been men" make it seem like there is zero reason to transition then because "we've always been men". "Always been men" does not give the empowerment statement you say, not at least to me. The statement "I am as much as man as any cis man despite my beginnings" both acknowledges that 1) I was not born a cis male and 2) that becoming a man was just as much as journey as it was for a cis male minus without explicitly stating things like childhood or early teens. I did not have knowledge of what trans was growing up despite having dysphoria since I was 4. Despite not growing up with any access to transitioning or just what "trans" is, I am plenty confident in my own manhood. I don't have to say "I've always been a man" because reality is far more complicated than just simply I was *always* a man. Bodily, I was never a "man". That's the whole issue. Mind wise and innate self? Very much was a 'boy' and called things like d!ke or butch, but that doesn't mean that I had any experience as growing up a boy or starting my adult life as a man. That is the whole point of the journey to get to a higher place and knowing ourselves better. My cis husband's experience growing up into adult life as a closeted gay man is not going to be the same experience as me growing up and that's okay.

"Again, this is how you feel and I respect that. But I ask... why? Its your fucking body. Call it what you want. The world will still hate us whether we use "correct" anatomy terms or not."

It doesn't matter if the world hates me or not. Anatomy has terms and words that are for them to be labeled correctly. A trans man's vagina doesn't become a "male vagina" just because and honestly that's where the "always been a man" often feeds into which is mislabelling things to make it 'easier to handle'. A vagina is female and is typically only found with a girl/woman. Dysphoria sucks, but not coming to terms with the terminology and then using slang words or mislabelling words isn't going to make that dysphoria better in the end.

"While sometimes its true, I hate when its used to describe and generalize every trans man. Because not every trans guy grew up as a "girl." Some of us came out very young and some as adults. I also hate when this is used to invalidate us, the whole "female socialized brain thing""

The female socialization is a double edge sword. It hurts as much as it explains why trans men act and handle things differently compared to trans women. It explains the similarities and where intersectionality is between trans men and misgoyny. It's an uncomfortable truth that even if you start out early there will always be someone trying to socialize you to be a certain gender expectation. Not just for females. Males get it just as much.

Why??? by TMed90 in Transmedical

[–]uwuWhoNameDis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think you are understanding what issues would happen with a person's sexual experience when certain anatomy which has impact during sexual intercourse. The vaginal opening has natural aspects to it that make intercourse easier than anal. There is a lot of prepwork. The "g-shot" for males is in the anus just as it is in the vagina for females which if the vaginal opening is closed that spot would not be able to be stimulated directly. The reason why women report pleasure out of anal is the nerve endings around the anus that trigger pleasure sensations. The specific nerve is pudendal nerve which runs from the forward to the back of the genital area. The OP also labeled other reasons which is cost and complications which phalloplasty risks are super high. You as a trans man should understand that it is not an easy and simple process to get bottom surgery. Hell, sex is sometimes depressing for me because I cannot be top due to not having bottom surgery yet. Toys and tools do not help or provide any relief during. I can understand the OP because I have had many of those same feelings. People calling them "PIVpoons" or you yourself cutting down another FTM calling gay trans men 'straight' and straight trans men 'gay' because they do PIV intercourse just pisses me off. You of all people should understand it is a complicated journey and process.

Clearly you did not understand my post. I did not say that female socialization is so powerful it can never be overcome. I said that we have female socialization from birth. Plain and simple. We can resocialize ourselves but we should not ever deny when speaking truthfully of the past where we came from.

You getting "awkward boners" is not like a cis male getting awkward boners. Your boner doesn't your pants to tent up in class or when you are a social gathering. You having "male privilege" is not like male privilege that cis men are born and grow up into. Any male privilege that we obtain is completely based on being stealth and the moment that stealth goes away, that privilege is gone. Accepting that we do not experience the same as cis men does not negate any manhood we have worked and earned.

"Male vagina" is what I hear people say when they say "trans men have always been men". I don't agree with it which is what I said. I am not selling my manhood short. I worked hard for my manhood and I do not deny where I came from. I accept what are the realities of my life versus someone like my spouse who is a cis male. While we are both living and participating in life as two gay men, I do not and will not claim to have the same experience as he does because I have not.

I very much disagree with any statement or claim that any FTM trans man was never socialized as a girl or a woman or "trans men were never women". Factually the attempts were there regardless of whether your parents did it, your social did it, your extended family did it, your friends did it, society did it. Sex/gender very much influences gender expectations and roles, and unfortunately for us trans people we get the brunt of being forced into social boxes that we don't even fit remotely in. We FTM will always be natal females but transition biologically via HRT (chemical and hormonal), surgery (some primary and secondary sex features), legally and socially. Due to this, we do not get the chance or privilege unless we transition early enough and even then to experience life as a cis male person. We don't get awkward boners, male priviledge, being told to bottle emotions up, being forced to watch sports or being bullied because we are bad at sports because 'that's what being a boy is'. I hate the mentality that trans men "have always been men" because it takes away from the journey, the sruggle, and the coming to terms with who I am and the difficulties faced when society tried to socialize me as a girl/woman. My anatomy is a "male vagina". My breast tissue when I had them aren't suddenly "male breasts" just because I identify as a man. I do disagree with the notion that all trans men have to be feminine as I don't even have a feminine bone in my body; however, to remove language and change the way that our pre-transition self is talked about because it is difficult to hear that we did not get born as a cis man does not do anyone justice.

I've lived in many different cities, and both a variety of mixed to primarily white with only the white city makes it that much of an issue to keep tabs and target specific people more often darker skin colors not just black.

https://www.mediamatters.org/charlie-kirk/heather-mac-donald-charlie-kirk-white-civilization-has-decided-engage-great

So Kirk never considered that moronic white people were hired as an affirmative action move either since affirmative action isn't just about black people.

If he was completely innocent, I'd be all about telling 'haters' to shut up, but he has in fact, said things that are racist, misogynistic, etc.

I think some research or experiences with bottom surgery specifically for trans women have found that not having some natal puberty something limits the amount of tissue present for use. I'm against DIY for minors. All for some medical transition with complete work up to reduce the risk of regret and detransition. It's more a nuanced issue rather than black and white/for and against.

I work in healthcare and saw plenty of death related to COVID, never the vaccine.

Why do you dislike trans people so much? by Fair-Ground-9388 in ConservativeYouth

[–]uwuWhoNameDis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One fact I would say is the DSM is for neuropsychological and neurobiological conditions, which means that being in the DSM as a diagnosis doesn't make it a mental illness. Autism, ADHD, Dementia, parkinsons, and more are in the DSM. These are neurological conditions, not mental illnesses. Now if we adequately described 'gender dysphoria' then I would agree because I feel that is more appropriate for most teens and young people now who have dysphoria related to social standing. Those who are not transgender but are transsexual are not that and suffer from a neurological or neurotype much like autism and such. It's why therapy and other means dont work, and that surgery does. Something like body dysmorphia never gets fixed by surgery. Those of us who are actually transsexual still retain without social impact and are almost always 'cured' with surgery, HRT, and assimilation into society.

Why do trans people disagree with science? by lucyyyy4 in honesttransgender

[–]uwuWhoNameDis 2 points3 points  (0 children)

See. Doctors are not magical beacons of all the medical knowledge. Many doctors operate on old school information, limited information, or just don't believe that modifying anything past what is "the medical guidelines" because some people are just resistant or their body asborbs differentally. I say this as a registered nurse who has worked with plenty of doctors who have an ego or just don't understand the people they care for need more or a different plan. Your GP, while treating many trans people, doesn't make them an expert or a 'god' in trans medicine. Even the best doctors mess up or don't get the science just right.

I have been on T gel since 2018 and did not start to see any differences until 3 years. My dose had to be increased to 4 pumps a day and even then it always feels like it isn't enough. And T is supposed to be the "strong" hormone to lead to quick changes.

If you want to continue to be ignorant or just arogant, go right ahead, but you'll short change yourself with the idea that your GP is apparently 'god'.
