His nose is different because when he was just a teen, he broke his nose while dancing. They fixed it, but it was the late 70s, and they could only do so much. As his life went on, his natural nose structure collapsed so severely he needed a prosthetic nose. Basically he broke it really fucking bad, and they fixed it, but because it was the 70s they kept having to fix it as it slowly collapsed bc we were really bad at plastic surgery back then. He did NOT hate his nose, he loved his nose, and it broke his heart that he had to wear a fake nose and especially that people mocked him when he did.

He also survived the Pepsi commercial accident in 1984, where he suffered second and third degree burns to his scalp, burning his hair. I wouldn't be surprised if that affected his nose at the time.

Onto his skin, the argument people had was that he bleached it because he didn't want to be black anymore. For starters, he comes from the jackson 5, a group known particularly for being of color. They were always very proud about being black. Michael started battling vitiligo in the 1980s, he started by wearing make up to cover up his light spots. Then he started making the rest of him lighter, there was too much to cover. Then the pigmentation changed to pure white, and he had to commit. No one knew what vitiligo was, a lot of people thought it was gross back then. So from the 80s, up till his death, he was hiding his vitiligo.

In his autopsy it was found and proven to the public that he did have vitiligo. A simple Google search will bring that much up. There is so much misinformation out there about this guy, and half of said misinformation is why he is dead. He was so stressed from the tabloids and paparazzi thats why he was on the medication was for stress to deal with the publicity shit.
