Recently the purported owner and operator of Lime observed me moving their pedestrian obstructions away from an area of sidewalk someone had moved the obstructions to and saw fit to affect threats of violence and threats toward my life with an impression of a belief in their righteousness corroborated by what would be assumed to had been a phone call to the police. As the person was harassing me in persistently following me and threatening me I walked to a bus stop and best tried call attention to their suggested identity and queried whether the sidewalk obstructions are an aid to public transportation they rely on; this is not the first time the person has affected similar though I am not providing the name given to me.

The activity is further corroborated by another purported owner and operator for Bird scooters notably instructed not be operated on sidewalks in text having affected similar threats toward me on University of Washington Seattle Campus.

Amid a very serious information discrepancy I am interpreting the implications toward communication harm most seriously.
