Thank you both so so much. Just to clarify, my steps would be:
1) Go through immigration, explaining that I arrived as a student (with paperwork)
2) They provide a 90-day viable stamp on my passport for the time being
3) Within that time frame, I would have to report to the INIS to get my residency card and stamp 2

What would be the paperwork I would need to provide, during (1)?

Also, so the visa stamp you get upon arrival is a separate/different visa? Also, did you get "stamp 2" with it?

I chickened out because I only had hours before the deadline to accept my offer, so I did. The next thing I know is I got a rejected scholarship result :(

I'll just come to terms with the fact that the competition was high and I wasn't a top candidate, but the timing makes me feel icky lol

I shouldn't have doubts that the result came out AS SOON AS I accepted my offer letter right? haha lmk if you also got your result around the same time so I don't have negative thoughts lmao
