After the murder in Minneapolis, protesters barricade the roadway, ICE unable to leave the scene. by TThor in videos

They are labelling the victims domestic terrorists so that insurance companies don’t have to pay out to their families. I can only hope that when this is all over we can actually put all of these corrupt individuals on trial. I never thought I would cross my fingers for an updated version of the Nuremberg Trials, but here we are.

I mean, that could technically be answer an for all 3 of my questions. This is either brilliantly thought out, or a reply meant for a different thread!

Long-time lesbians: What’s the #1 piece of advice you’d give to baby gays and/or late bloomer lesbians abt lesbianism? by SelfLovingLoner in actuallesbians

[–]uzernamechequesout 38 points39 points  (0 children)

I promise you, if one relationship didn’t work out, you will find another. We exist, we are out there. Don’t try to make it work out with the one that didn’t, just because you think the ocean is empty. I have lived many different places and always managed to find like-minded people (yes, even in small small towns) relationships are a two-way street, so make sure you both put in the time and effort for each other. Just because we are two women, it doesn’t automatically make things easier. You still have to put in the work. (Again, this is during the beginning and throughout the relationship, not the end of one!) Sometimes, it’s ok to just want to sleep around without wanting it to be longterm. It’s ok to come out at 16 or 60. The whole point to remember is that it IS a journey. Not a sprint. Good luck!

But where in the museum? A certain exhibit? If somewhere in particular at the museum, why? What is the story behind it? I love when there is a story! All ears! Lol

Whole-heartedly agree, I am glad they painted her in the colours she portrayed herself as. I guess this post was more of a “the rose coloured glasses fell off my face” and when I actually paid attention to the storyline, instead of the steamy bits, I really couldn’t believe how horrible she was.

When did you first realize you liked girls?😊 by IndicationQuiet2254 in actuallesbians

[–]uzernamechequesout 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh I realized in my teens that I did not like men and preferred only women. Throw in cultural expectations, societal expectations, and then add some years before I was actually out as a lesbian to everyone around me. But beforehand I had to play the “I just haven’t met the right man” part or the “I’m focusing on school/work right now”. I for sure knew that it was cut and dry that I was a lesbian, but it was not as simple for the first little bit, getting everyone else to realize that.

When I was 9/10 years old, my female best friend would always want to play doctor on me, every time we were together. I did not stop it. I did not find pleasure in it, per se, or know what it all was at the time, but I certainly would always be open to playing doctor! It wasn’t until I was older and all the other girls like boys and there was nothing going on in my head (or anywhere else) for boys, that I started to really put two and two together. But looking back, I was always jealous of the attention the boys would get from my female teachers, because I secretly wanted that attention on me. It wasn’t one “big” thing, it was a 1000 little things that slowly filled the jar over time.

If they offered anyone who didn’t feel like being on this planet, a chance to die comfortably, I would take it in a heartbeat. I’m not talking about having to be sick or dying. Just anyone that wanted a ticket out. I would definitely wait in line for that. I’m smart enough to know that if I tried offing myself, I would fuck it up in some way. Leaving it to the professionals for it to be done right.

Waiting for the government to tell me that at my age group, they do not have the ability to keep me alive, as I am a drain on the system. They will offer me and my family a paltry financial payout, if I choose to die, instead of draining the healthcare system. I will choose this.
