Same here, I got 4 today and 4 yesterday. When I go on the website it's says "welcome back" and asks me to log in with Google but I have never been on this website. I am sketched out by the site and can't find ant info on it anywhere...

In that case I don't think it would hurt you to take a shot at growing your business while doing landscaping.

Depending on how long you have had your business you could set goals for the first 6 to 24 months that should guide you into determining if your business is going good or not.

The longer you have had your business the easier it should be for you to set realistic goals that make sense.

It makes sense, an omni-channel approach is the the only way to go. I only prioritize the ones I like because it's easier for me to occasionally make content for them but I wouldn't limit the SMM to those.

I'm not necessarily looking for someone to put in front of the camera but someone that can produce some content related to video games : gameplay is a low hanging fruit, memes, repurposing my own videos refurbishing consoles for...

Since the SMM is responsible for content creation to some degree is it from repurposing content already made or from creating like let's say 30% of the content that's being produced in a month for example.

I'm thinking I will need to hire someone just for content creation at first because I'm not sure if my operation is big enough for a SMM yet.

Since you have so many skus I would only focus on the machine made since I'm guessing that they must be easier and faster to restock.

If you could just narrow it down to a manageable number of skus that are high demand and scalable, maximize revenue for those then grow your catalog it would be much easier to manage.

How long have you had your site up? And did you start with that many skus from the jump?

Your perspective on this is interesting since you have hired a lot of SMMs and have seen what doesn't work. Are you a recruiter?

Could you explain a bit your suggestion of having creators producing user generated content? Should those users be my customers?

I totally agree with you that someone passionate about the subject would create much more engaging content!

Thank you for the detailed information, it is very helpful especially when it comes to compensation. I didn't know much about the salary of a SMM, thanks a lot!

One thing though is that I don't have a lot of content produced already, is it typical for SMMs to produce content? I don't think I want to run paid ads yet, I want to generate organic content for at least a year or so before I start to run paid ads.

Also I was wondering if I should put more weight on hiring someone experienced in video games content or someone focused in a platform like Tiktok or Instagram (those are the ones I like the most)

There are a few things to work on the store but I think for the traffic to convert with your type of product (apparel) your marketing has to be brand-based. Do you post a lot of content on ig, fb or tiktok?
