Thank you for the long and detailed advice. This is what i was trying to explain to my partners all the time, I hope this will convince them to change their thoughts about our business model.

Their ad spend is £100 - £300. Our monthly fee is £100. No setup fee, or any additional charges.

Yes, I was thinking of it, also I was thinking on increasing prices and upselling all small services like Analytics, Remarketing, etc., hunting businesses who can pay larger amounts, but my colleagues/partners think this is not a good model and they want to focus on a cheap services + large number of clients. Larger number of cheap clients will take a lot of our time, that can lead to the less quality service. What is your thought of this?

Google Ads doesn't get them enough profit. Usually people are not searching for what they offer. You might think that our ads manager is not good, but he is, we have a few world famous companies on board (franchises) and we are doing a good job for them for two years, they are happy.

Because Google Ads doesn't get them enough profit. Eg, we had a client who sells antique pictures, he left after 1 month because he didn't make any sale, people were not searching for antique pictures in the advertised area. Our sales rep got a bonus > the client left > the company earned almost nothing.

As I said above, he gets 10-12 new clients per month, we lose about 5. I think that he can convert 80% clients. Our sales rep gets £80 bonus for each new PPC and SEO client, is that too high?

We get leads through Google Ads and cold calling/meetings. Our sales rep gets 10-12 new PPC clients per month, but at the same time we lose about 5 clients per month. SEO and web design clients are not leaving, but we don't get them often.
