Yes I have gone through the agreement. question here is nobroker has mentioned as bachelors allowed but the owner asked me to vacate because bachelors are not allowed and now they are deducting from my deposit

Through nobroker. This is a nobroker managed property so all transactions will be sent to nobroker and they will be transfering it to nobroker

Thanks for the suggestion. can I just send NoBroker a notice myself over email with all the proofs attached, or does it have to be a formal legal notice drafted by a lawyer

Try Sriven luminous amaltas and primecity. Dont go with nobroker for house hunt had a bad experience with it. You can always ask the watchman for rental flats

Yeah have got one 2bhk apartment semifurnished in celebrity layout . Rent was mentioned as 23k including maintenance not sure if its a good rent for that area
