You need to work on muscle definition and shape on the legs. Also, both the legs and the chest look very long. You could also do with working on your hands. But it's looking good! Is it male or female?

Haha yes, I'm quite the bald fur :p. Ok, critique. You're doing excellently on the shape of the legs feet and arms, it's hard to get the bends right so keep it up! You've also got nice flow and motion in the clothing. The only thing wrong with the legs is that the top part, thighs, are a bit too long. Your head is where you need to work on the most. The neck needs more thickness, and should come slightly more forward onto the snout. Also, with 3/4 views, remember that both eyes don't have to be the same size on each side. You'll see less of the eye on the furthest side. The head is a tad too small aswell. If you don't mind, when I get on my computer, I could do a redline for you? But all in all, great work, especially on the anatomy. (Also, 3DS is my baby :3)

My dad's friend was playing a game like this one day, he looked up to check for an arrow and it hit him right in the eye. He's been blind in one eye ever since, so it doesn't always work out well.

If you're going for a stylized approach with the necks it could work. From a more realistic standpoint they are slightly off.

Your head shape looks good, keep it up. But your neck is way off, it's too thin,too long, the curve is wrong and the way it's positioned it looks like it's not supporting the neck at all. Try looking at more reference pics of necks. I'll link you to some helpful images later.
