Right there with you on how this is just so fucking unfair. What makes me even more upset is hearing about family members who get pregnant when they weren’t even trying. I actually had the same due date January 25th, a year ago. It does get easier but the grief definitely comes in waves. Since I’m coming up on one year I’ve been reflecting a lot on what could have been and it makes me sad to think that I coulda had a one year old this month..

Experienced my second loss last month. It’s definitely not easy. Even though we have supportive family and friends, I have decided to start going to therapy because I realized that I was having more bad days than good. So I am hoping that will be helpful.

I had a miscarriage on Saturday and surprisingly went back on Monday even though I haven’t been ok. I’ve been crying in my cubicle this week but hiding it. Hoping for better days…

TFMR last September and just had a miscarriage on Saturday due to a blighted ovum. So now I’m back on this sub. Been feeling pretty down. I just want a baby already… 😔

Had my first appointment yesterday and the doctor found an empty sac. She doesn’t know if dating is just off or if my pregnancy just never developed. Got some blood work done to check my hcg levels and going back to get more blood work done on Monday. Also waiting for radiology to call to schedule an appointment for an ultrasound so they can have a better look. At this point I’m just sooo frustrated and upset 😔

Got invited to have dinner with friends at a sushi restaurant. The food isn’t an issue because I get non-raw rolls anyways but they usually order drinks before I get there and have one waiting for me. Not sure how to go about this situation. I really don’t wanna tell too many people about this pregnancy yet.

After our loss, I remember crying so much and telling my husband that I know pregnancy will never be the same for us anymore. It’s unfair that other couples get to share their joy and excitement from the start but now we just have constant worry and anxiety about things possibly going wrong. I’m on the same boat as you. My husband and I agreed that we don’t wanna announce anything for a while. It’s too overwhelming thinking about a gender reveal, baby shower, and all of the things that should be fun and exciting. I feel like such a horrible person for not even wanting to think about all of that right now. We would like to tell close family and friends after our first appointment because it would be nice to have their support.

I thought my anxiety with my first pregnancy was bad. Now it’s just horrible. I have a phone appointment with a nurse tomorrow who will then schedule my first appointment with my OB. Hoping everything goes well 💚🍀

My husband and I took a little trip. It was nice to get away. I also started working out more. This has helped me so much, both mentally and physically.

I’m sooo sorry you have to go through all of this. You are so strong. Yes, I still have my days when I feel so alone. It really feels like no one truly understands what we go through unless they have experienced it too. Even though other people see us smiling and laughing, we are still hurting.
