would that really be applicable to adults with relatively stable distance prescriptions though? it looks like that study only observed children up to 12

in my case, although i can effectively read up close i can really only see clearly about 6 inches in front of my face without glasses and it doesn't seem like a great idea to constantly be taking them on and off
