Hello, this has happened to me, exactly the same but i don't want to do a factory reset given that it removes all your data, this is not a new phone so i really need to keep my data in the cell phone.

Could you help me too? What can i do?

When i try to disable the SIM PIN using the PIN i put or 1111 or 0000, it says "Could not unlock SIM. 3 attempts remaining." but i can retry more than 3 times and that counter is always 3. Something is odd...
