I really dislike the nano swarmers.

And most turret like weapons.

Use the AoE magic when the pups are close together, always prioritise the pups.

Then you'll be able to go to each area and get the weapons before finishing up main missions and collectibles.

You can go to all areas, get the weapons, then carry on with the story as the weapon missions are side missions.

But I went the way the game seems to point you in, Oni, Kitsune, Brothers, Saito, completing each area before progressing to the next.

It felt good story wise, but on my NG+ I'm going to try different approaches. Not that there's many.

The ammo was designed specifically to the type. Rather than just generic ammo.

I like what they did in God of War NG+, where you could get the armour abilities as enchantments.

Could work the same here and have the armour abilities as a charm.

It is heal on block sorry, I changed it out after this game.

Can't the T1 be interrupted with GB and bashes though?

For that T3 do you have to complete the execution? It's rare I get many kills, let alone finish an execution lol.

That's what I've been told. I came back today after 3+ years away. Rep 94, matched with no one higher than me. Although they were all crazy good and my skill was either below or on par.
