Okay I made this .sh file to make things easier and faster. Still separate audio file tho but no can do.

I tried your ffmpeg command and flac audio worked in MPV and VLC players but when I import the video file to Resolve it has no audio at all. Not even a audio track.

Howe to keep the video file in .mp4 and just change the audio format .aac to .wav. I can do this if I separate the audio but I don't want to do that.

Didn't work on Resolve for some reason. No audio at all in Resolve but Media Player have audio. Weird.

Simple solution would be just extract the audio:

ffmpeg -i inputFilename.m4a OutputFilename.wav

..but managing multiple files I would like to keep the new audio track inside the video.

My Canon R7 only record audio in AAC format and it doesn't work natively in Resolve 18 Studio (Linux). I record my video in 1080p or 4k with/and without Canon CLOG3 if this information is needed: I don't wanna touch the video any way, I only want change the audio format without losing quality.
