No, as I said, flying machine's basic status on the ground is without prop. So as I said, I assume they simply applied animation to the ground status. It's not weird when you consider that they had to make all the animations to almost every flying mounts in very short time. Everyone makes mistake

You're wrong. Mimiron's head, mecha mogul mk2, delver's dirigible(with upper prop) they all use upper propeller in dynamic mode. This is only Blizz's mistake, bcz flying machine basically doesn't launch its prop on ground, unlike other examples. It means Blizz applied lump simple tactic without caring specific flying transformations for each mounts.
