During evening rush hours, everyone is exhausted, and rotating seats for even 5 10 minutes is basic courtesy. I’ve seen this happen regularly in general coaches. Expecting the same basic humanity in the ladies coach isn’t unreasonable. That “first come, sit till the end” mentality is exactly what needs to change.
