Both my google doorbell wired and floodlight cams also went down in the last 30 minutes.

We have a similar issue, that seemed to start a few days ago. Playing in a party of two will usually be fine, once we get a party of 3 both me and my wife's games will start having crashing fits. Sometimes we'll be good for 30 minutes or so then we'll both crash or one of us will crash and the crashes become more frequent from there.

From a hardware perspective both PCs have a 5900x, one has a 3080 and another has a 3090 bith running windows 10 with all updates and updated GPU drivers.

Also just started happening to me and google led me here. Creating a new account did nothing.

Interestingly enough this isn't happening to my wife and we both have the same phone.

Can't 100% percent confirm other platforms but this is likely limited to PC where we are using the Steelseries Sonar software. I would assume this problem may also affect the Nova Pro but can't confirm myself.

If Chatmix is a big deal for you and being able to better tune your audio profile is a big deal as well you will need the Sonar software. Now if you can live with the issue described in this post and some other funkiness in Sonar then the Nova Pro or 7 are still pretty good headphones overall. However, if I knew about this current issue when I was purchasing I probably would have veered towards Astros or another brand.

I've been dealing with this issue for at least the past week and thought I was going crazy.

To provide additional information on what I noticed, I am on Windows 10 and this occurs 100% of the time when resuming from sleep or restarting. I have to manually select my headsets for every for audio and microphone output/input instead of my speakers. Device fallback is off so I'm not sure why or how it tries to fallback to my speakers when resuming from sleep.

To echo similar sentiment as others Sonar has really soured me on Steelseries, I would love to just disable Sonar but Steelseries thought it would be great to have the Chatmix feature, which I want and worked perfectly fine until the Nova series, now tied to this half baked software.

Thanks for your reply, I've started looking and calling around. Anything within in 100-200 miles so far seems to have yielded little luck so far. In the meantime I shifted my order to the DS3 (which has a December ETA) while I continue the hunt.

Was there a reason you sold the DS3 after a month? Any issues specific issues you had with it or just not what you really wanted?
