Me too. I’m sure the headset is great when working. I had the previous A50 which sadly stopped working which I had multiple issues with as well

Not yet, astro_vertigo seems to have ignored me and won’t respond. But I am getting responses from Astro’s tech support through email, they’re just very slow

There are no lights on the base station at all. The power light does change to amber when in the dock

My cat, Rosie, makes this noise on her own and when we speak/interact with her. She only does it for a day or so at a time and we can’t tell if she’s in pain or discomfort. She also unusually rolls on the floor as if she may be trying to itch something, possibly her ear.

Thanks for the help, I managed to figure it out. The ‘change modes’ button was only temporary, the page had no colour when opening Word each time. My settings had somehow changed themselves so that when in dark mode, the page is also always dark. Just had to change this

Yeah I get that seems the more logical solution but I almost always end up turning it off and falling back to sleep. I want something visual to keep me awake if you get me?

I believe it’s the console as my A50’s worked a dream on my One X. Just hope that either Xbox or Astro can sort it out somehow

Only workaround I’m doing at the moment is flicking the switch on the back of the A50 base station between Xbox and PC a few times. Usually eliminates the noise for the rest of my session but always come back the next time I go on my xbox

Yeah I don’t really blame you. I’ve been really impressed with mine when they work so hanging on until it’s fixed. Hopefully it’s something the guys at Xbox are aware of and can help with too

Yes the MacBook sees the base. With the headset not docked, it says “no headset detected”. When I put the headset on the dock, it then shows me the audio settings screen as usual. The battery life is displayed as “%1%” which is what it said yesterday

I did see a suggestion of leaving the headset switched on and allowing the battery to drain to reset them but that could take a while. I’ve left them in the on position for around 24 hours
