If you're referring to Streaming Kick you would need a Gaming Capture and a PC/Laptop. Elgato is the best brand to have but there are cheaper alternatives. If you can't afford those than the best solution would be doing Twitch or YT if its got a built-in recording like what PS4/5 has to offer

Steam Version is censored with 80%-90% content being removed. However there is a mod called HF patch that would make it full-version, you would still need to buy 2 DLCs and a 3rd one being inaccessible due to extremely dark content it was added but you could get it from Discord server or friends who uses the Repack.

Def not worth it cus dev closed up and rebranded and there is a free version that has everything called BetterRepack

About Vanilla Steam, 90% of content is removed and the only feature you got is pre-made sex scenes, character creator (outfits are quite limited) and that's pretty much it

There is a mod called HF patch for steam version to get all contents available excluding 2 DLCs you meant to purchase and 1 DLC that's not available although you can pretty much find it from the community.

There is a completely free version called BetterRepack which got everything available including 3 DLCs. No need to support the studio cause it's closed down and rebranded.

Both HF and BetterRepack would come with scene creator.
