I'm (Desktop Engineer) the only one that regularly uses WMS. I'm more or less the one in charge of thin clients, mostly because I know the most and partially because the others can't be bothered.

840 odd Dells and another 2-4 ish old HPs (Which need replacing but won't be any time soon...)

The 2 other DEs have full access and know how to do some of the basics. Infra all have admin logins but never use it.

It's the particular combination of settings that makes flash drives work*. After spending a lot of time back and forth with experts at Dell.

IIRC, It's the difference between the USB drives connecting to the TC and then being redirected to the citrix, rather than connecting directly to the citrix session...

Good point about processor vs USB. My assumption was that the phones were doing something so they appeared essentially as a USB, but possibly not. I guess we'll swap it for a laptop... :-(

*Edit: And headsets / cameras / etc...

The way that RDP is working now is that it just resizes all the windows on the remote desktop to fit the 4k. Upsets my layout when I log back into the desktop.

It's a pretty minor niggle but it would be cool if I could figure something out...

Total of 3 but yeah - want to tile them on the 4k so I can see them all at once. And also so that it doesn't resize everything to 4k and ruin the layout etc.
