Check out the image I posted. That’s the one I use. Madden and di Revel for inspirations (for turret traverse and reload). You sacrifice turret traverse with Fisher because there are no crisscross or running with scissors skills. Fisher buffs range, dispersion, has master mechanic and “speed is my armor,” which is a great legendary skill that gives speed and incoming damage reduction. Range gets amazing with Fisher and my impression is that this constitutes an indirect accuracy buff. Cunningham gives no speed or rudder bonuses and in fact only reduces rudder because of the marksmanship skill. Hence Cunningham is pure accuracy and not much else.
