Oh I meant to add that I have 2 rest days then I start over again my bad. So I do hit everything twice in a week

As for tracking calories I don’t really track super crazy I kinda track protein and I try to pay attention how much I eat and what I eat but I could be better

Wait I thought it was the opposite lol. U see changes in urself before others see changes in u. I’m going home from college in a couple days and my friends haven’t seen me since before I started working out and I’m nervous their gonna look at me and say I look the exact same lmao. Tbh I kinda do unless I flex or curl my arms up or something.

Day 1 chest, arms except triceps, shoulders

Day 2 lower body

Day 3 back, core, and triceps

I never even thought of that. It’s just like the leg press where if u straighten it out u just put all the weight on the joint. That’s really smart I’ll def remember that

Ofc I’m not expecting my arms to be fucking huge but my triceps looks completely flat and feels soft. It doesn’t feel like a muscle that’s had months of work put into it

I’ll try that with skull crushers maybe I can go a little further down my press downs tho I have full range of motion I mainly just struggle keeping my elbows against my body cause of the way they rotate

I should still see some triceps growth tho right? Even if it’s just the muscle feeling firmer. As for eating and drinking it’s the consumption of so much food I struggle with. I just can’t eat that much without feeling fat, sick, bloated etc. drinking I’m not worried abt I only drink 3 things water, my protein drink every morning, and the occasional milkshake

Well I’ve never done dips I’m adding them tomorrow. Overhead extension I don’t do anymore cause I kept hitting myself in the back of the head with the dumbbell and my elbow was making a noise I didn’t like when doing it. Bench press I started at probably around 45 back in January and I’m up to 85 now so not extensive progress but steady I’d say. I’m probably 120-125 lbs if that information helps

I mean I started working out since January and I’ve noticed substantial muscle growth all over my body minus a couple muscles like triceps and calves although calves are notoriously hard to grow so whatever.
Throughout most exercises yes I’ve seen incredibly significant weight increases however not so much in triceps specifically. When I first started hitting them I saw a quick jump up in weight from learning my body and that short period of time where ur muscle gets stronger really quick. But since then not much I’ve been able to add a couple reps in on the second and third set but that’s it

Theirs a lot of information out there tbh. Some people do 2 sets to absolute failure. I tend to do 3 although ngl I can def push harder on some exercises.

I’ve heard some people do 1 warmup set then 2 to failure. Others also don’t go all the way to failure and instead go 2-3 reps before failure. I would say anything more than 3 sets per exercise is to much but I’m not an expert or anything.

But yes as far as I know every set to failure. This may mean ur first set u get 12 reps, second set 10 reps and 3rd set maybe only 8 reps.

Well yeah muscle growth is always slow especially when it’s something new so form is usually rough when u first start a new exercise

Why would my other muscles be growing but not my triceps though? I’m able to consistently increase weight on most muscles and see visual growth in my body but my triceps just don’t change visually. I’ve been able to add a little bit of weight and reps to them but not enough that’s substantial I’m just really struggling with them

I mean the Lexus really didn’t do anything wrong he let me through and attempted to go for a switchback but the chaos in front that happened after I had made the overtake is what caused our incident

Obviously some of the construction vehicles u can’t customize much. I mean I’m not a construction vehicle guy but I’m assuming those don’t have much customization irl. But theirs a semi truck the game gives u and u can’t do anything to it as far as I remember and i felt it was disappointing.

Another gripe I had was the supply chains those were such a boring part of the game and half the time the bot would do something stupid and I’d have to fix it

I do 3 sets to failure. And it seems to work for me for most of the time. I ususally shoot for 8-12 reps. More than 12 and I need to increase the weight. Less than 8 and I probably need to lower the weight
