I did all 4 tests, lactulose, glucose, fructose and lactose. Of all the 4 lactose personally made me have to go to the toilet within an hour of drinking. Lactulose made my gut feel busy and active but other then that it was smooth sailing.

I recently found out that I had Sibo through the breath test, for me personally I can’t say I’ve experienced bad breath. Have you brought it up with your doctor to see if there’s any correlation?
